Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as they were when you received them. Original packaging is also required for returns.

Certain types of products are exempt from returns. For instance, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines are not returnable. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

When processing your return, please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should not be sent back to the manufacturer.

There are specific circumstances where only partial refunds may be issued (if applicable):

– Books with visible signs of use

– Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

– Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error

– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
